Tyninghame Community COVID-19 Help & Support

Dear Friends and Neighbours

In an effort to help anyone affected by COVID-19 over the coming months, some of us have made a plan to ensure that no one in our community is without support

What to do if you become unwell and are self-isolating

• In the first instance use online support https://www.nhs24.scot/ and then ring 111

• Let your neighbours know, and then contact us by email - covid19tyninghame@gmail.com and/or via the Tyninghame Community WhatsApp group. If you do not have a smartphone or an email address, please call Lucy Aykroyd on 07732 749833 or Gill Harper on 07976 633313

There is a team of us very happy to help organise things such as shopping, daily contact, medicine collection and keeping up any low spirits, so please do get in touch.
