About East Linton Melting Pot

A number of us were hit very hard when the IPCC report came out giving the world a 12 year deadline to cut CO2 emissions by 45%. We found ourselves worrying about the future of this planet for our children and grandchildren.

East Linton Melting Pot is a newly formed group, set up to tackle climate change, reduce carbon footprints and reduce plastic locally.
It's purpose is to:

Engage and inspire each other and wider community
• Help each other to change our individual behaviour: sharing tips, ideas, resources ï Share knowledge to help us all to make informed decisions in our day to day lives
• Work together and create local initiatives/projects within the community
